Group Coaching

Training can be a one and done event that is easily forgotten. Leadership coaching for groups is different as it leads to lasting behavioral change, development of new skills, and immediate organizational impact.  Having the entire group’s input magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create.

Group coaching is conducted in a small setting onsite or via web conference typically with 4-8 people. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within themselves in a safe space that advances the group as a whole.

We will work with your group of leaders to provide a customized, interactive experience based on your needs and desired future state.  With some intentional hard work from both our team and yours, you’ll begin to experience growth beyond your initial thoughts and expectations.

One of the most incredible benefits of group coaching is that each group member has different experiences, personalities and goals. With group coaching, the best answers to your problems might be right there in the thoughts and perspectives of the other leaders in the room with you.

Trust creates a support network

Group coaching offers members an important benefit: a built-in support network.

The benefit of the sessions can go beyond the engagement itself, as they offer an opportunity to build connections and trust in cross functional peers.

In a group setting, both the coach and the group members see and feel the impact of the attitudes and behaviors in each learner. For instance, if a leader wants to work on building their communication skills, they can practice within the group itself, and the coach can provide third-party insight into misaligned habits.

Increases Accountability

Group coaching can enhance the accountability of all leaders involved.

Instead of being accountable to a single coach, they are invited into accountability from multiple people. Research confirms that peer accountability within the group is the most effective form of accountability. This increased accountability can lead to increased efficiency when taking action.
